My practical experience from time spent in the AFL as a player and High-Performance Manager, and theoretical knowledge gained from Business Management degrees have taught me that culture and the behaviours therein have the most powerful impact on team performance. I am not sure why exactly, but I have always enjoyed listening to stories and learning from others as a means of improving who I can be. There is always something to learn if you look and listen with open eyes and ears. Through a combination of research analysis and repetitions we have developed a number of valuable tools that we believe can help your individual and team performance.

What we do must have reason, so that we can do it as well as possible. Our purpose is to help businesses and teams strive towards optimal performance, through a combination of interactive group sessions and one on one mentoring. Reflection and self-awareness are central to the effective use of our performance programs.
